You may subscribe to prepaid subscriptions for your customers by importing an ACTIS file. To do so, use ACTIS (version 22.1) to create your order. Then, import your order in Rainbow from the administration interface of the relevant Company.

NOTE:

How to prepare my ACTIS file?

Information to be provided when generating the file depends on the type of reseller that initiated the order (Direct Reseller, Distributor) and on the recipient of this order. 

NOTE:
The tab "Rainbow" is available to solutions OXE or OXO.

• You are a Direct Reseller and you wish to subscribe to prepaid solutions for one of your Customers?

Partner - Company name: Insert the Rainbow Company name
Partner - Administrator email: Insert the email of the Rainbow Company administrator
End customer - Company name: Insert the name of your customer Rainbow Company
End customer - Administrator email: Insert the email of your customer Rainbow Company administrator 

• You are a Distributor and you wish to subscribe to prepaid solutions for one of your Indirect Distributor Customers? 

Partner - Company name: Insert the name of your Indirect Reseller Rainbow Company
Partner - Administrator email: Insert the administrator email of your Indirect Reseller Rainbow Company
End customer - Company name: Insert the Rainbow Company name of your Indirect Reseller Customer
End customer - Administrator email: Insert the administrator email of your Indirect Reseller Rainbow Company Customer

NOTE:
In this situation, your Indirect Reseller has to give you information about their end customer. 

How to import my ACTIS file in Rainbow?

You are a Direct Reseller and you wish to subscribe to prepaid solutions for one of your Customers?

• Open your customer dedicated page from your administration interface.
• Under the tab "Subscriptions," click on "ACTIS."
• Click on "Browse" and select your ACTIS file (format .xpo2).
• Click on "Import" to generate subscriptions.
• You may check reports about your imports. These reports provide statuses for each operation.

You are a Distributor and you wish to subscribe to prepaid solutions for a Customer of one of your Indirect Distributors?

• Open the page of your Reseller from your administration interface. 
• Under the tab "Subscriptions," click on "ACTIS."
• Click on "Browse" and select your ACTIS file (format .xpo2). 
• Click on "Import" to generate subscriptions.
• You may check reports about your imports. These reports provide statuses for each operation.
