The data collected is only statistical, such as the number of calls answered, and does not concern the content of the calls.
Enabling and disabling Member analytics
Member analytics are disabled by default and can be enabled by company administrators or partners.
In your Administration menu, choose Communication and then open the Groups tab. |
Select a group, then open the Members analytics tab and click Enable. |
The analytics are now enabled for this group for all administrators and group managers. |
Once enabled, on this page, you can disable access to this Analytics. |
Please note that:
- You have to enable these analytics for each group individually.
- Group managers are not allowed to enable these analytics.
- Once enabled, access is given to data for the last 28 days. This includes days prior to the activation so you don't have to wait after the activation to have the first data.
Access Member analytics as an administrator
In your Administration menu, choose Communication and then open the Groups tab. |
Select a group, then open the Members analytics. |
Access Member analytics as a group manager
Click on the Group calls - Settings icon. |
Click on the group you want to visualize. |
Open the Members analytics tab. |
Description of the available analytics
Here you can select on which period you want to visualize the analytics: Yesterday, Last 7 days, or Last 28 days.
Use this icon to Export the data in CSV format.
In the table, you will find for each user who answered at least a call the number of Answered calls, the Average duration of the calls (in minutes), and the Total duration of the calls (in hours). Click on a column to sort the rows. The table contains all users who have answered at least one call for this group during the selected period. It can therefore contain users who are no longer members, and it omits members who have not answered any calls.
For administrators only, click on this button to disable the Members analytics.
