When your company becomes a Rainbow reseller, you need to connect with your customers and contacts. To do so you can either invite a Company to establish a partnership or directly create this Company in Rainbow.
NOTE: Always try to find the Company in Rainbow BEFORE creating a new one to avoid redundancies.
How to Associate Your Customer with Your Company?
Invite a Company in Rainbow
To invite a Company to become one of your customers,
Go to the "Companies" tab in the upper band of your Rainbow screen.
Select "Customer companies" at the bottom of your left sidebar under the section "My customers."
Look for the blue tab "INVITE" in the right of your screen and click,
Type the name of the company you want to invite,
Select it in the suggested answers, and click on "APPLY."
Your invitation has been sent.
NOTE: You can send out an invitation to the same company only once per hour.
How to Associate Your Customer with Your Company?
Create a Company in Rainbow
To create a Company to become one of your customers,
Go to the "Companies" tab in the upper band of your Rainbow screen.
Select "Customer companies" at the bottom of your left sidebar under the section "My customers."
Look for the blue tab "CREATE" in the right of your screen and click,
Type the name of the company you want to create, and click on "CREATE."
Then insert the email address of the contact who will be the administrator of this Company and click on "INVITE."
Read the pop-up message before clicking on "CLOSE."
NOTE: You may customize the created company page by adding a logo, a banner, and information. Please check this dedicated article.
