How is My Company Charged?

MONTHLY

Fees are charged per user every month.

The billing period covers one month with an automatic renewal. No engagement or minimum subscription time is required. The ongoing month at the time of your subscription is FREE! This free ongoing month is applied to every new subscription. 

The number of access rights can be increased or reduced at any time with an automatic adjustment of your invoice the following month. 

Commercial references (that are indicated on your invoice) for these contracts are: 

• 3EY95001AA for Essential,
• 3EY95002AA for Business and
• 3EY95003AA for Enterprise

YEARLY

Subscriptions are contracted for one or three years. Billed upfront the entire period, these subscriptions are called "prepaid." An automatic one-year renewal occurs at the end of the subscription period. 

The number of licenses can be increased at any time, while the individual price remains the same over the period with the same ending date (a new invoice is issued the following month) for your contract.
This means that if you order more licenses they will run for the remaining time of your contract, not the whole period. In the example below, the customer orders 10 extra licenses in November which will be billed on the 1rst of December. As this customer's contract has started in October, these 10 extra licenses run for only 10 months, that is until the 1rst of October of the following year. The same situation occurs for the 20 extra licenses contracted in February, billed in March for only 7 months. 

The decrease in the number of subscriptions is NOT available at the moment, though.

The automatic renewal runs for one year; NOT three years, even if you have contracted a three-year contract! If you wish to renew for three years, please contact the Rainbow team.
