As a Value Added Distributor (VAD) you may wish to access information about your companies, resellers and customers. You may find information about users, types of usage, apps and services used.

Both Finance and Operation Roles access the same information. 

How to Follow My Resellers' Usage?

To follow your resellers' usage of Rainbow, 

• Go to the "Companies" page by clicking on the icon in the top banner of your screen,
• Select the section "My resellers" and click on "Dashboard."
• There, all the information you need is displayed.
• Click on the tabs "Users" (Total, Connected, Registered, Active), "Funnel" (Users who have not yet accepted an invitation to join Rainbow), "Usage" (File transfer, Messages, Bubble messages, Meetings, Multimedia calls, Multimedia missed calls, Conference),  "Apps" (Android, iPhone, Web, Windows Desktop, MacOS Desktop, Other), "Equipment" (OXO, OXE), or "Services"  (Essential, Business, Enterprise) to access the desired information.
• To have more details about the content available under each tab, simply click on the "i" icon in the top right corner of your screen to open a dedicated detailed document.

To follow your customers' usage of Rainbow,
