When I log on with Rainbow desktop app on Windows it does not connect.
If several users use the same PC, each user will have his Rainbow installed on his Windows session. If one session is already running another user can't connect to Rainbow at the same time.
How to fix the issue:
Before a user opens his Windows session all other user sessions need to be closed.
