Is your team using Rainbow for a project? Join a Bubble that brings everyone together in one conversation. Bubble are the focal point of project communication and bring messages, shared files, and Web Conferences together in one place.
The Owner of a Bubble has several options to allow you to join the group conversation. This allows you to easily join a Bubble even if you don't have a Rainbow account yet!
Accept an Invitation to Join a Bubble
Bubble Owner can invite you to join his Bubble in Rainbow. In this case, you will receive an invitation available in your "Notifications Center".
- Invitations to join a Bubble are listed in the "Notification Center".
- Click on the icon
on the top right of the left panel. This icon only appears when you have pending invitations. - You can accept or decline an invitation to join a Bubble.
- If you accept the invitation, you will have access to the Bubble and the entire history of the conversation.
- You can retrieve all the group conversations in which you participate by clicking on the icon
"Bubble" in the left menu.
Join a Bubble Using a Direct Link
Bubble Owner can generate a direct link to join his Bubble. Once the link is generated, he can send it to you e.g. by email or directly to Rainbow. Thanks to this type of link you can join a Bubble with a simple click.
- Click on the direct link that you received for e.g. by email. The link will open in your default web browser.
- Select the Rainbow application you wish to use to join the Bubble (Web or Desktop application).
- If you have a session open on this application, you will be automatically redirected to the Bubble and integrated into the list of Members.
- If you do not have an open session on this application, you will need to log in before entering the Bubble and integrated into the list of Members.
- You can retrieve all the group conversations in which you participate by clicking on the icon "Bubble" in the left menu.
Join a Bubble as a Guest
The bubble Owner can invite you to join his Bubble even if you don't have a Rainbow account. In this case, you will receive an invitation by email that will allow you to participate in the conversation by simply indicating your first and last name.
- You have received an email inviting you to participate in a Bubble. The email includes the name of the person inviting you, the titlte and the subject of the discussion.
- Click on the "Join" button at the bottom of the email to open the discussion. The link will open in your default web browser.
- Select the Rainbow application you wish to use to join the Bubble (Web or Desktop application).
- If the Desktop application is not installed on your computer, don't hesitate to use your web browser.
- To connect, simply enter your first name and last name, then clic on the button "Join the bubble".
- Once in Rainbow, you will have access to the Bubble and the entire history of the conversation (messages, files shared, etc.).
- You, in turn, can send messages and participate in Web Conferences.
