Hi,

I'm making an installation in a customer with a lot of different S4B clients.

In two PC, when the customer answer the phone ( GAP Handset), S4D doesn't switch the state to "busy". If I login WEB Rainbow the state of the user is correct.

The log show me:

2017-11-29 16:53:45,478 [5] ERROR RainbowLyncWrapper.LyncAccess.LyncAccessProvider.InitializeValidLyncClient : Microsoft.Lync.Model.LyncClientException: Generic COM Exception. Code is 0x80C80027.
in Microsoft.Lync.Model.LyncClient.EnsureOI()
in Microsoft.Lync.Model.LyncClient.GetClient(Boolean sideBySideLync)
in RainbowLyncWrapper.LyncAccess.LyncAccessProvider.InitializeValidLyncClient()

  Hi Paolo,

  with the last release of the plugin the presence works but the process gives an error very VERY frequently.
