The resolve of attributes as.ex. Company, Job title stored in Business Directory in Rainbow client.

The Rainbow client has access to own Business directory database.

There is possible add First.Last name, number and also next attributes as Company name, Job title and Department.

If ANI from PSTN make call to Rainbow client ( this ANI is stored in Business directory ),

after the Rainbow client in Call history shows only First,Last name and Work phone.

Rainbow client can't shows also Company name, Job title and Department.

Pleas, there is possible the evolution of Rainbow client as shows also next attributes ?

  Hi Petr, Hope you are doing well.

  The Rainbow application only allows the first name, last name, and work phone number to be displayed; the ability to display all the options saved in the business directory is not available.

  However, please be advised that we will take this into consideration and move it as an enhancement request.
