Customize Rainbow themes.

My customer (Arquillos Martos, Jose Antonio <jarquillos@iberdrola.es>), who manages their Rainbow accounts, needs to have permissions to modify the THEMES from their Admin (Org) account.

Currently, you can only do so if you are an Administrator, but this type of account is not valid for you since you lose visibility with the two accounts that you manage (IBERDROLA COLABGORADORES AND IBERDROLA CLIENTES).

Could you make that enhancement request?
