Customers would like to have the option to see callers Company name appear on incoming calls when they are configured under the Business Directory - Company, rather than having to enter the Company name under Last Name/First Name

  Hi Morton, Hope you are doing good.

  The Rainbow application only allows the first name, last name, and work phone number to be displayed; the ability to display all the options or a company name saved in the business directory is not available.

  However, please be advised that we will take this into consideration and move it as an enhancement request.
