When we start a call by using the keyboard shortcut we had specified in the parameters, the software pop up in an expanded window. It will be appreciable to be able to deactivate this behavior (or to definitively suppress it, easier ;-) ).
Effectively, in a call center, the manipulation of reducing the window at every call is just very annoying and consume a lot of time in a day (imagine doing it 150 times a day...) because the Rainbow's window come at the foreplan, and mask every other software which is used simultaneously.
