Mark read conversations as unread or configure an reminder fo this conversation

Hi all, today my problem is that i get questions through Rainbow and can answer them only after some days of proofing and checking and i would like to mark this conversations as unread or mark them with a flag or something like this. Or better right click on conversation with the message and make appointment in outlook Calendar.
