In my Rainbow-App i have the opportunity to forward calls to my voicemail or another number. As long as i have an active deskphone this is possible. If my deskphone is out of order or i have to log off my extension, i don´t have the chance to forward ro another number. Then Rainbow shows that Audio-Services aren´t available.
But just in this critical cases i have to be available by another number eg. my mobile. Rainbow should allow me to forward my number without the requiremant of an extisting desphone.
