Video of my opposite is smaller then my video, why..???

Hi all, why is the video of my opposite in a video call smaller then my video. I do not want to see myself, i would like to see my opposite. And also it should be possible to move the video of my opposite on my screen to my preferred position in the meantime. Maybe i am sharing an app and would like to see the video on the top right etc....
