I strongly suggest to perform Rainbow application upgrades, via WSUS.

  This forum (Hub Support Community) is for the SDKs, not for Rainbow application.

  If you have a remark/enhancement you may perhaps go to one of these forum:

  1. Features suggestions
  2. Help Assistance & Support

  Your problem is perhaps linked to Automatic Update of the software ?
