  Hi,

  Users on sandbox, can only be used on sandbox and not in production.  The Sandbox is a DEV environment for preventing problems (like bot/application speaking recursively with another) on the production ... before putting them on prod.

  
  If you want to login to Rainbow hosted on the sandbox, you can use this URL (but no link to production)
