Send Messages IM, Picture, Video etc. through SMS including Link to Rainbow Guest Access

Dear Rainbow Team,

i deleted Whatsapp from my smartphone and wonder now how to contact my contacts on mobile device with messages. I thought it could be a valuable feature to send through Rainbow IM on a mobile number and this mobile number gets an sms with an https link to an Rainbow guest access and can read this message and also answer, of course with a hint to download rainbow free of charge.

 

Could you check this point and integrate into Rainbow, thanks in advance.

  Hello any status on this, this feature could be an big game changer cause nobody needs in first step the app. With guest access you could also share attachments with the customer or have a voice video session.
