End-user Satisfaction collection directly from within Rainbow client

embed a menu to collect end-user satisfaction in a simple way (as in MS office 2016) with pushing of a button with smiley (good / bad / suggestion) that trigger a message to be rooted to a specific repository for produc line accessibility.

This menu could be added in welcome tab or in contextual menu when clicking end-user picture.
