Mail message when inviting to a bubble and contact already has Rainbow account

Hi.
I find it useful for the users you add to a bubble to receive an email telling them they've been invited to join a bubble.
Many users don't see the alert in the app, or don't use the app so often as to notice they have a pending invitation.
