Please consider to add a voting feature:

After a conference call, or a bubble session, the administrator is able to post a menu selection to all participants, can be "Agree","Not Agree" OR "Accept", "Decline" or any option editable by the administrator as an action to wrap up the session with dashboard statistic sent to all participants.
