Enable or Disable File Sharing

We would like to have the ability to grant or remove the right to share files (send and/or receive) at user level.

If the right is granted admin should be able to log this activity, that means who shared which file with whom at what moment.

This is a general request in business not limited to banking environment only banking.

  Are users able to send files via their email client? I cannot imagine that this is not possible. And in that case, why limiting this with Rainbow?

  I agree with Frank for the following point of view.

  In a company with a IT controlled enviroment, users are monitored during fileserver access ad every email sent by user is checked by a deep scanning against fraudulent activities (like sent a file to competitor).

  In this types of places, file sharing like dropbox are prohibited.

  If you install an app that appear like an backdoor...you can image whats boss thought.

  I speak from lived experience.

  There is a way to stop file sharing?
