Disable GSM and wifi routing with hint message or automatical routing to voicemail

Dear Rainbow team,

today if you are disconnected through pc and disable GSM and wifi routing then you get no hint that yo will be not reachable. It would be good to get an hint message or route automatically to pre defined voicemail or operator or other number.
