Allow annotation during Video Call

Dear Rainbow team,

during support through video it would be very helpful to have some tools to highlight important points during  video support. E.g. Laserpointer, arrows etc.. to visualize what to do in which steps. With this tools you could guide the person local much more easier and saver.
