Display Emoticons Bigger when Alone in the Message

In commun "chat" system like Whatapps, when you sent a message containing only ONE single emoji (ex:  :thumbsup: ) (no text),  this one is displayed bigger than when inserted in a message containing text.

This emphasis the "message" you want to express to other party. Would make sense to get this as well in Rainbow.
