WebRTC-GW and OXO R3 - problem to receive a call on the mobile phone
Hello everyone.
I have a problem in the interconnection of OXO and WebRTC-GW.
If I have just opened the Rainbow Application, the Rainbow-Webrtc and OXO connections work perfectly, be it between OXO extensions or some public number taking a trunk in the OXO.
The problem occurs after some time with the idle application, where if anyone tries to call my extension, I do not get the connection in the Rainbow APP.
I did dump traces on both OXO and WebRtc GW and I can see that the request to speak to my raimbow user was sent to WebRTC, and that the WebRTC server also sent this request to the Rainbow cloud. Who is calling listen to the tone of call but I do not receive the ring in my application Rainbow.
The perception I have is that this happens after some time of application inactivity in Smartfone ... as if some KeepAlive is not working properly.
if I want to receive an incoming connection, just open the Rainbow application on my iphone, make a connection to some extension of the OXO that for a few minutes my Rainbow APP is available to receive incoming connections coming from WebRTC -GW.

Hello,
I have OXO Connect R3.2 +webrtcgw 1.73.
when calling from Rainbow client to DIG /IP phones the rainbow recieves ringback tone = ok
When calling from DIG/IP phones to Rainbow users = The phones don't receive ringback tone, so the caller hangs up.
Is this a know issue ? is there a fix ?
