Option to Switch Off Ticks for Messages

Dear Rainbow team,

could you please give the user and the admin the general ability to shut the "ticks" down.

Each user should have the ability to decide if he wants this or not and also as a general feature for the admin of the company. It's important cause it's part of privacy.
