A customer of mine has reported an error that I hadn't found here at the forums.
As the solution is very simple - but at the same time you can be faced by the same problem, doing lots of things w/o any result - I will post it here to help other users that might face it.
Basically, if you install the desktop version in a Windows 10 PC, and receive the image below when trying open the application, showing you an Qt5Gui.dll error, try to uninstall the Rainbow application, and re-install it.
If this also does not work, please run CCleaner or other similar tool.
