Be able to define short keys for contacts & functions

How about a section where dedicated buttons can be created for accessing telephony functions or calling contacts? Like we have it on PIMphony Touch.

Anyway, this section must be visible in the main screen at any time or be provided through a dock/panel (like add-on module on IP Desktop Softphone)
