Transfer Organiser Role when Scheduling a Meeting:
Right now, the way it works at one of our customers' sites is that receptionists and assistants schedule the Rainbow meetings on behalf of the directors and managers. However, the problem with this is that when the meeting is due to be launched, the assistant has to launch the call first so that everyone else can join. They then need to stay on the call which is not ideal as they tend to not be required to do so.
Therefore, the customer has suggested that we develop the following two features:
- People who scheduled the meeting can promote other attendees to organizers so that they can launch the call themselves (like you would with a Bubble)
- The meeting automatically starts at the pre-defined time, meaning that attendees can call into the meeting even before the host has started it (like a waiting room).
