Manual Call Record option for PSTN webRTC calls
Request for ability to record PSTN calls that are processed to Rainbow client via WebRTC connection. Manual call recording exists as a feature in OXO and OXE whereby a user can press their record key and have the call recorded to their voice mail box. As more users are now preferring to use Rainbow as a soft client we they should expect this same feature. Thank you for your consideration.
Another very common feature request. As we are already able to record one to one Voice and Video Rainbow calls and I can see on the roadmap there are plans to offer the ability to record group conference calls...the added functionality of being able to record WebRTC based calls would also seem quite important. At the moment it is one of the only types of calls not able to be recorded in the OXO.
I was checking to see if anyone posted this feature request. I have a client who asked if this is possible, I said to them not at this stage. It would be great not just in a WebRTC scenario, also if you have Rainbow paired with your desk phone and have the ability to activate the record feature of the OXO as you can do in Pimphony currently.
