Hi,

I'm going to create 200 rainbow users for using the softphone.

I'll use the CSV template to add them Massevly in my company.

But I'll have to create manually the 200 Remote Extension in the 8770 !

So my question is, :

Is it possible to get the Rainbow Number of those 200 users in an export file ?

  hello,

  As company administrator or bp-operations, Rainbow allows you to import / export phone extensions at once.

  in your Rainbow administration space, click on 'Members', in the upper left corner of this page, you can chose the buttons Import or Export.

  - When clicking Import, you'll be redirected on another page, from which you can download sample files to prepare phone extensions list

  - When clicking Export, you automatically create 2 csv files:

  => company_name-users file

  => company_name-users-extensions file

  Thank you for your help ,

  but unfortunately, those CSV don't indicate the Rainbow Number wich is needed for the association of the Remote Extension

  Hi Fabrice,

  This number is automatically generated by Rainbow when a user is associated to an extension. You never have to  manage it by yourself.
