Error sharing file to another user on NodeJS SDK

I am trying to send a file to another user (that is not in my network) via NodeJS SDK 1.61.2 but I get this error, what is wrong?

  This issue is resolved by updating to v1.61.3. It is a bug in the Contacts object actually.
