Conference call - calling out to the participants

On Opentouch there was the possibility for the moderator to call participants directly, in order to join the conference. This was a very useful feature when some participants don't remember they had a meeting, or they don't know how to join in. They are just called to their personal numbers and join, with no worries on complicated codes.

Now the conference Organizer can only send an email from the meeting room, this is not useful if the participants don't have a computer in front.
