Deleted a Rainbow account who set up bubbles.
BeantwortetA rainbow account was having issues with operation. We deleted the account from company, deleted the desktop application and reinstalled. The account had set up a couple of bubbles. After reinstall and pairing the extension onto Rainbow, she could not connect to her bubble accounts. Other users see the account but cannot invite her or allow her to merge into the account. Any suggestions to correct.

Unfortunately, no, even if the login email is the same, this is a different account. So old bubbles must be recreated.
