Scenario:

Desktop app RB user A  in conversation via voip with other desktop app RB user B.

When a incoming call ( ISDN ) on the PABX to the REX ( WEBRTC )  of RB A arrives it sounds as if RB A  is free. No indication of the second call in the RB app nor a busy tone for the public caller.

How can the system be configured so the public caller receives a busy tone.

Remark: when the RB to RB conversation ends while the public caller is still receiving the ring back the call isn't presented on the RB client.
