Number not Visible in Rainbow User

Hello,

i have one User in Rainbow and his extension is not Visible in Rainbow.

I Restart all Services an the Telephonesystem also. But i cant find the Number.

Give i the User an other  Number i can found ist in Rainbow.

  I had ones this problem - the problem was that another user was linked to this extension.

  Have you tried to type the extension number in the field and see if it is shown?
