Hello

I have an Enterprise License. Can I organize a meeting via Outllok or directly via Rainbow?

Do I need something else?

  The Enterprise license will allow you to set-up Bubbles which will allow you to have up to 50 people in an audio or video group chat. Everyone must be connected to Rainbow to communicate with each other. People without Rainbow can be invited but they will click on a url link to go to Rainbow Web as a guest.

  Meetings is different - This is a conference bridge. It is either pay per usage or you must get an Enterprise Conference license which covers the cost of your conference bridge for one year. With Meetings, people dial the conference bridge telephone number for their country and then enter a code to join the conference.

  With a Bubble you can copy the Bubble url details and paste them into an Outlook email to invite everyone.

  With meetings, there is a Rainbow Meetings button in Outlook which allows you to set up a meeting invite via the Outlook Calendar.

  I should also say that unless you have been given the rights to set up a Meeting Conference by your Rainbow Admin, or unless you have been assigned the Enterprise Conference License, you can only use the Meetings tab to see meetings you have been invited to.
