No Telephony (Business VoIP) on mobile devices
BeantwortetWe have OXO Evolution with WebRTC gateway. Everything is at current versions, we have worked with support to get everything connected. Users have Rainbow Business licenses. There is an option on the app to use PC Voip. It shows a little icon with option for computer mic/speakers and audio settings next to my picture. Also have an icon that looks like a deskset and says make calls from office phone. Those are the only icons I have. I've been through the OXO setup and app set up documents twice and followed every step. When my desk # is called it rings my desk set and PC but no mobile. The mobile app has been uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and back in many times, no luck. Under Telephony in the app i used to have a slider that said Make business calls from Mobile, but got Unknown Error when I tried to save on iOS device. After reinstall app, the only option I have is cancel call forwrding under telephony. I've installed on android device too as my personal mobile but it only shows the cancel call forward option. Please help, it seems as if I can't get a mobile device integrated in the loop so I can't do any of the useful functions.

Hello Shane, I am not a tech expert so I cannot offer a lot of detailed advice here.....one of the issues I have seen with the mobiles when using the webrtc Gateway is that there was no mobile number entered in the users profile. There must be a mobile number in the users profile to use the WebRTC with the mobile.
When you go into the Telephony settings in Rainbow on the mobile device, there should be a mobile number in the field provided.
Otherwise I would suggest opening another support call with ALE and get them to analyse the Rainbow log of the mobile.
