Highlight/separate new posts in a bubble

In all known messenger the user gets a separation line or something similar to easily find the delimiter between new posts and already read/seed posts.

I just had a badge of 48 new posts in a bubble. I had to manually count all posts to figure out where the new posts start. 

Unfortunately, the automatic refresh forced me to repeat this job often! This behaviour ist very anoying!

When I am scrolling to older posts, the UI should not bring me back to the bottom of the bubble.
