Unknown account with my name

There is an Anateste TesteVargas account, but, I didn't create it. The other day it appeared in a bubble of which I am a part and I found no explanation for its existence. I got some suspicions, so I ask: Is it possible to have access to all conversations of a certain member?

Can anyone among colleagues help me to unravel this mystery?

  I could understand the situation. But it is possible only to get the chat conversation with the specific member in Rainbow.

  We are currently running with the latest version of Rainbow 2.118.13. 

  Please check the behavior in the most recent version of Rainbow, and if the problem remains, kindly create a support case with the required details to assist you more effectively in this situation.
