When you receive call and a text message in conversation is typing...

The text message deleted !

  We just tried to reproduce this issue but everything was working properly : when receiving a call with message, this message is correctly displayed.

  Could you please describe us the exact scenario in order to better help you and tell us if you reproduce it for each call?

  When we are writing a message and another person calls us on Rainbow, when we return to the message after the call the message has disappeared.

  I have just tried to reproduce the behavior on Web and Desktop but I did not reproduce it.

  In order to better analyze it, we will open a case. You will receive a SR number as soon as the case is opened in order to follow up the analysis and to provide us all the necessary information.

  Hello,

  Here is more information about this bug:
  The user is typing a message into a Rainbow Desktop conversation without sending it.
  Another user calls him, he picks up his desk phone. The app automatically switches to the caller's conversation.
  When he returns to the initial conversation, the pre-entered message is gone!
