OXE AA transfer to HG with Rainbow MS-Teams smart app.

Has anybody come across issue in OXE/Rainbow when a public caller to OXE AA, the AA transfers the caller to hunt group, the HG members (rex/rainbow Teams smart app), the Teams smart app only rings once and then shows busy untill reset.

The senario works perfectly with full Rainbow rex users. Just not with Teams smart app.
