API on some uploaded images returning error

2022-06-20 12:24:08.680937+0200 DholRainbow[6600:8667217] [FileSharingService:1271] Could not download attachment, error Error Domain=Network Code=404 "Resource Not Found" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Resource Not Found}, response from server {"errorCode":404,"errorMsg":"Resource Not Found","errorDetails":"The file preview is not yet available or outdated","errorDetailsCode":404000}

On the web version I have seen both thumbnail

I have tried 

func downloadThumbnailData(forFile file: Any!) async throws -> UnsafeMutablePointer<Int32>?

to be sure that data are not out of dated but also return same error "Resource not found"

  Have no idea, because official applicatiion I cant connect to sandbox environment I think

  Hello Patrik,

  You can change the environment on the Rainbow app :

  • Log out from the app
  • Open Safari and type following : rainbow://sandbox.openrainbow.com
  • Validate and you should have a popup to open Rainbow

  Follow same step with rainbow://openrainbow.com to go back on production server.

  Hello,

  I have checked and official app does not showing thumbnail on exact images as my app. But thumbnail is visible on the website.

  Maybe something wrong with API for iOS?
