I totally agree with this as specially with a Rainbow voice environment with only softphones.An good option should be to link it to the windows "machine inactivity timer" for the desktop application.

We also get complains about this from several customers, this would be an enhancement that makes the hybrid solution with OXO connect and rainbow more relevant for existing SMB customers.
