It would be a really good advantage if the DND mode in rainbow also put your office phone in the PBX (oxo connect or OXE) in to DND.
We also get complains about this from several customers, this would be an enhancement that makes the hybrid solution with OXO connect and rainbow more relevant for existing SMB customers.

Very good suggestions, background is really needed it is also in the collaboration apps of competitors. And the second will come in rainbow class I guess, but maybe same one from ALE can confirm that.
This suggested feature request start the windows rainbow client as minimized in task the taskbar will be a very present option to have.
