How to Change My Status?

Many statuses are available with Rainbow. Changing your status (or presence) impacts how your contacts may reach you. These statuses can be updated manually or automatically in Rainbow. Automatic changes are described in dedicated articles (Away, Busy, Do Not Disturb).

How to change my status?

  1. Click on your avatar in the right top corner of your screen.
  2. In the menu, move over the first line to display the available statuses.
  3. Click on the status you want to activate.
  4. Your new status appears on your avatar and modifies how your contacts may reach you.

  • Click on your avatar in the top left corner of your screen.
  • In the menu, move over the first line to display the available statuses and click on the status you want to activate.

  • Your new status appears on your avatar and modifies how your contacts may reach you. 
  • Click "Done" in the top right corner of your screen to validate your choice.

  • Click on the menu in the top left corner of your screen.
  • In the menu, click on "Presence" (first row) to unfold the list of statuses available.

  • Select a status and click to activate it. 
  • Your new status appears on your avatar and modifies how your contacts may reach you.
