The status "Away" impacts how your contacts may reach you. You can manually or automatically activate this status:

- The status "Away" may be auto-activated by Rainbow if there is no action performed on your computer. This functionality is available on Desktop and Web applications.

"Away" Status Activation Criteria:
|

The status "Away" is auto-activated when Rainbow detects that you are not using your computer. You are, therefore, considered as "Away" every time there is no action undertaken for 3 minutes:
- On the Desktop application, all actions performed are taken into account for this automatic change.
- On the Web application, only actions performed on your Internet browser are taken into account for this automatic change.

NOTE:
If you are detected as "Away" by Rainbow, and yet, connected via your mobile app (iOS or Android), your status is automatically changed into "Connected on Mobile."
