Colleagues wanting to join your Rainbow Company may send a membership request. Accept or decline these requests from your administration space. A notification pops up on Rainbow while an email is sent for each new membership request received.
NOTE: Company administration functionalities are available on computers (Web and desktop applications).
How to manage membership request sent to my Company?
When a Rainbow user sends a membership request to your Company, you receive a notification materialized by a spot on the icon "Manage your Company" located in the upper band of your screen.
In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
Click on "Members" to display a list of members.
There you find all information about membership requests (name, date of the request). Click on "Accept" or "Decline" to finalize the request.
