Target Audience: Rainbow User Related Offers: Essential, Business, Enterprise
Joining a Company in Rainbow enables you to easily collaborate with your colleagues. A dedicated article explains how to operate Companies and gives more information. To become a member of a Company, send a membership request which will be treated by the Company Administrator. An invitation to join a Company can also be sent to you by the Administrator.
Type your Company name in the Rainbow search bar at the top left of your screen.
Select your Company name and click to unfold your Company information.
Search for "Ask to Join the company" at the bottom of the page, right below the Contact information, to send a membership request. If you are unable to see this option, this means that you already are a member of another Company.
Cancel your membership request simply by clicking "Cancel this request."
You may also start a conversation with the Company contact to follow the status of your request or ask further information by clicking on the blue circle at the right of the contact picture.
NOTE: When your Company is not listed in the results, it might be because it does not exist in Rainbow yet or because the Company is defined as private. You can, therefore, create your Company or wait for the Company administrator to send you an invitation.
Manage invitations to join a company
When a Company administrator sends you an invitation to join their Company, a spot pops up on your icon "Your network contacts" in the top banner of your screen.
The invitation is displayed under the tab "Invitations" with the name of the Company administrator and the date when they had sent the message.
Decline the invitation by clicking on the cross or accept it by clicking "Agree."

If the accounts are created in bulk by the company administrator (via CSV), the member will be automatically linked to the company. In this case, it is not necessary to manage the association through invitations.
This article only concerns people who have created their account by self-registration and who must be linked to the company afterwards.
Hello Quentin, few days ago, my company activated Rainbow so I received an invitation to join. With my account, created for free in 2020, I made a test company so, actually, I can't accept the invitation. How can I delete the test company?

Hello Quentin,
could this process be done automatically, so that the user doesn't have to accept the invitation.
For example if the admin imports the users via csv file, are the users joining the company automatically?

Roberto
